Since 2000 at PSR, he has been dedicated to the development of new functionalities and technical support of computational models for power system operation and expansion planning. He currently coordinates the development of OptGen software, a PSR tool for the co-optimization of generation, storage, probabilistic reserve, transmission and natural gas networks. He also participates in power system operation and expansion planning studies in several countries such as Brazil, United States, Central American countries, Europe and Asia.
