The official conference sessions of the User Meeting 2026 will begin on May 25, 2026.
We recommend arriving on May 24, when hotel check-in begins. This allows you to settle in, receive event materials, and participate in the welcome activities before the conference sessions start on May 25.
Payment can be made via international bank transfer or credit card. Once you have completed your registration and selected your payment method, PSR will contact you to guide you through the process.
The PSR User Meeting package includes:
  • Participation in the congress
  • Accommodation at the Hotel Viale Cataratas from May 24 to 29
  • Meals: half board (breakfast and lunch)
  • Visit to the Usina Itaipu, the largest hydroelectric facility in Latin America
  • Tour of the famous Iguaçu Falls, recognized as one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World
From Foz do Iguaçu International Airport (IGU), you can reach the official hotel in approximately 15–20 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing apps such as Uber.
The dress code for the conference sessions is business casual. For the excursion to the Iguaçu Falls, we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, and a light waterproof jacket, as visitors can get wet during the tours.
Our detailed program is still being finalized. However, the meeting will cover important and current topics, along with the latest developments in the field.
Both PSR tool users and non-users, interested in or specializing in the global energy sector.
The official language of the event is English. Presentations may be conducted in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, with simultaneous translation available.
Client case studies will be selected and included in the program, as in previous editions.
